The Technology.

CTEC system uses the Energy within different waste streams mixed together to produce clean steam which is used via a steam turbine to produce electricity and heating for homes. CTEC conversion of waste to energy is via gasification ( Advanced conversion technology ).

The innovative CTEC system manages the chemical combustion of its gasification process via exhaust gas recirculation and a stratified charge combustion under a slight vacuum, the fuel-to-air mixture in the combustion chamber is much more carbon rich in the gasifier than elsewhere. This, unlike incineration permits lower peak temperatures, higher syngas ratios, and more complete combustion in the secondary chamber. The result is a near-term innovation which delivers increased efficiency and reduced emission levels.
